Silverado Community Meeting

Why come? The draft of the Zoning Ordinances created to implement the San Marcos District Community Plan will be reviewed and discussed by Santa Fe County planning staff.

What is in the draft ordinances? Information about open space, roads and trails, water, lighting, signs, mixed uses, lot size configurations, a Zoning Map, land-use tables, and more.

Who should come to this public meeting? Anyone who lives or owns property in the Silverado area and is interested in the detailed wording of the ordinance that will implement the previously approved Community Plan should attend. 

Where can I get more information? Go to http://www.santafecounty.org for the adopted San Marcos Community Plan and look under Community Center. You can also call 986-6225 for a copy of the plan or ordinance. Copies will be available at the public meeting.
